Hi there! My name is Aimee. I'm a program manager and operations leader. I’m also a proud daughter of immigrants, and I’m a mom of 3.
I’ve always loved design and connecting with people, which inspired me to study communication and art history. This is where I got my first look at visual systems, storytelling, and program leadership as a career.
I got my start in the digital agency space before making my way to lead operations for design teams at Fitbit, Meta, Google DeepMind, and Airbnb.
I’m passionate about mentorship, I love working with creatives, and I’m strengthened by work that allows me to build community.
When I’m not helping teams run smoothly, I’m usually hauling my family around, exploring our sunny hometown in California.
